Where can I go?
Canvas Life currently offers camping holidays in France, Spain, Italy and Portugal. We hope to add more campsites over the coming months, so do check back regularly.
Which types of accommodation do you offer?
We mostly offer mobile home and chalet accommodation but there are also large tents and the picturesque gypsy caravans known as roulottes.
Is there a minimum stay?
Most campsites will have a minimum stay of seven consecutive nights in July and August, and no restrictions throughout the rest of the season. If you search for a specific duration of holiday our website will only return available results.
Are there fixed arrival and departure days?
It’s easy to check because our website will only allow you to book for holidays starting on days that are acceptable to the campsite. During July and August most sites only accept arrivals on Saturday and Sundays.
How can I tell if a campsite is available?
Our website will only show accommodation prices for dates that are available.
Can I combine two types of accommodation and/or two campsites?
Yes, but you will need to make separate bookings and pay two booking fees.
Can I take two cars with me?
There’s nothing to stop you travelling with more than one car, but bear in mind that many campsites will charge you for a second vehicle. You may not be able to park it next to your accommodation and you could be asked to leave it outside the campsite. Please contact your chosen campsite directly for specific information.
Can I take my dog?
Although many sites now accept dogs, some do not. Please check with your chosen campsite directly for details.
Is it possible to rent a small tent next to my accommodation?
Some sites do offer this. Please contact your chosen campsite directly.
Can I make a special request?
Since we act as agents for the campsites, we are not able to accept special requests on their behalf, so please contact the campsite directly.
